At Sleepover, we strive to provide a seamless booking experience. Please review our cancellation policy carefully before confirming your reservation.

• All bookings are final. Once a booking is accepted and confirmed, it will not be refunded for cancellation.
• For invoiced stays, a minimum 30-day notice of cancellation is required. Cancellations must be submitted in writing at least 30 days before the scheduled stay to avoid charges.
• No refunds will be issued after a booking is accepted and confirmed. This applies to all reservations, including prepaid stays and invoiced bookings.
